At Versailles Galleria, every order supports limited production runs and exclusive releases. For this reason, strict purchase and cancellation rules apply:

ALL PURCHASES FINAL – NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. This includes:

    • In-stock product purchases

  • Made-to-order items

  • Limited-release drops

  • Pre- Orders

Why? Each item is reserved exclusively for you once your order is confirmed, and production processes begin immediately.

CHARGEBACK FRAUD POLICY

Any attempt to bypass this policy via chargeback or payment dispute will be met with:

  • Full documentation submission (order details, tracking, product descriptions).

  • Legal action and permanent blacklist from future purchases.

  • Reporting to payment gateways to flag fraudulent activity.

ORDER ERRORS / SHIPPING ISSUES

In rare cases where we make an error (wrong item shipped) or your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for solutions. No refunds will be issued in such cases—only replacements.
